Belva lockwood campaigned to be the first woman of the United States. Jill norgren chronicles her life for womens rights. This is an hourandahalf. When jill norgren sent me her manu script and asked if i would write a forward, we were just gearing up for the new term and it was not a time when i welcomed additional extra curricular assignments.
