Sheriffs deputies in Jo Daviess County are trying to find the driver in a deadly hitandrun. It happened around 10 30 last night near the 6000 block of pea ridge road in scales mound. They say the vehicle sideswiped a parked car and hit someone standing outside the car. That person later died. An atv crash killed a man in rural iowa county. Jacob baseman died friday night near 116th street and r avenue north of west amana. From atkins. The crash is under investigation. And four people went to the hospital in a crash that tied up traffic for hours on i380 yesterday afternoon. It happened when a semi sideswiped a suv in the southbound lanes near the swishershueyville exit. That caused the second vehicle to roll over into a ditch.
