And roads and bridges are also starting to open. The cedar river. The city says downtown bridges should be open to traffic saturday. So should all i380 ramps leading into the downtown area. Bus service will also resume saturday. And as people return to their homes and businesses, cleanup efforts are getting underway. That means removing tens of thousand of sandbags in the coming days. The city has two locations for homeowners to drop off wet and dry sandbags. The noelridge pool site opens at site opens at seven am saturday. Volunteers were out overnight trying to falls. That area is normally busy on a friday night, but was eerily quiet with so many people preparing for flooding.
