Reporter good morning, still a lot of Police Officers here spending a lot of time on matter horn, we are seeing cones in the road, they have this block taped off, matter horn and berry in san jose. What we know is at around 2 45 San Jose Police received a call about shots fired in the neighborhood. When they arrived, they found a man shot, that victim was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries, at this time we dont know their condition.
