KERSEY — Northern Pennsylvania Regional College celebrated its annual commencement ceremony Saturday at The Red Fern, with 17 students being recognized for completing their certificate or degree programs.
Salary hikes for the director of Veterans Affairs, the public defender and director of administration were either rejected or reduced by County Council.
