An earthquake of magnitude 4.9 at the Richter scale hit Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda on Sunday morning, the National Center for Seismology (NCS) said. Earlier, another quake measuring 5.3 at the richer scale hit India’s Andaman and Nicobar islands on Sunday night.
After major tremors were felt in Jammu and Kashmir earlier this week, back-to-back earthquakes hit the Valley, leading to jolts being felt in Ladakh and Delhi NCR.
