New Delhi: Bhutto Sahib and Benazir Bhutto were both firm believers that intricate issues such as Kashmir cannot be left in the hands of generals, says Ambassador Shamsul Hassan in his book, Life with the Bhuttos.
Hassan says Bhutto often quoted famous French statesman Georges Clemenceau that war is too important to be left to the generals.
