Quite i mean, i do think that theres been quite a number of serious and conscioequential failures on the part of policymaking, but i think that the states of the region have utterly, utterly failed, to come up with any kind of constructive solution and at the end o f the day, everybody wanted the United States to come and use the air force so that everybody could have an alibi and work.
