Cannot challenge at the same way you could a regulation. The person, the group that initiates the soup makes a deal with the epa, they get what they want in the decision from the epa, and they get paid for it and then you cannot challenge it. The same way you could if it were a regulation. We think that kind of game needs to stop. The general counsel of epa has kind of agreed with us and has started to release that information. By the way, for years they would not release it or it part of the Regulatory Reform concerns we have had on the standardsetting where epa says, our analysis and science tells us and we say can we see it . The game is, the university did it, we not own it. The University Says we did it for the epa and we are not permitted to give it to you or it we are like a pingpong ball going back and forth. We are saying that in those instances, the epa should bring for those analyses and studies. We would like to see in them real costbenefit analyses over all in terms of the
Jordan and lebanon than inside of syria. You would see an implosion. Massive malnutrition rates, mortality rates through the roof. Most of the deaths now unfortunately are because of the war. We would probably see in terms of social indicators a much larger humanitarian catastrophe without aid. And i might add, obviously if possible we want to get our assistance to people in their homes so they dont have to flee. They need to be able to flee if they feel they have to. But it is better to get it there and then that reduces the strain on the surrounding countries. And as you mentioned, jordan is a critical partner for us. The same with lebanon, we are concerned about their stability in those countries, that is critical. And frankly, terrorism. A young man growing up, he cant feed his family, he hasnt got a job, hes going to be much more open to the lure if you will, of people asking him to do bad things. Thank you very much.
