in virginia, the following schools are closed this morning, arlington, culpeper, fairfax, fauquier and loudoun county schools are closed along with manassas city, manassas park, opinion county, prince william, rappahannock, warren, frederick and clark county schools along with winchester city schools. also in virginia as far as delays, alexandria city schools, king george county and spotsylvania county schools are on a two-hour delay. moving to maryland now, carroll and montgomery county schools are closed today. also in maryland, anne arundel, charles, frederick, howard, washington and prince george s county schools on a two-hour delay. however, there are seven schools in prince george s county that are closed because they have no power. those closed are forest heights elementary, green valley academy, buck lodge middle school, benjamin faloy academy, apple grove elementary, carol highlands elementary and john hanson french immersion and montessori. and fed rick county, ma
