everybody has a chair they can find at home. whatever you want to use, whether it s soup cans i m going to use simple weights. this is a real easy one. you sit back in the chair, shoulders back. extend your arms straight out. bend the elbows so that the weights are at the temple and then straight up. squeeze in about 20 repetitions back and forth. that little jiggly under the arm. that s an area where everybody really wants to get rid of it. really important. everybody wants to get rid of every area. again, you should be doing minute-long don t do too much because it s counteractive. and make sure you don t lift weights that are too heavy and you will be squeezing into that suit in no time. exactly. tony, thank you so much. thank you. always great to have you here. thanks for having me. could achieving happiness be as simple as introducing ten rituals into our lives?
only one feeling a little bit gross after the last four weeks. we enter the holiday season thinking tis the season to become jolly but in reality it is tis the season to become jiggly. the number one new year s resolution is weight loss. number one, let s get rid of fad diets. by the time february comes around they are usually gone from our list. i want to talk about something important. fiber. people are calling it the miracle food. there are some really good things about it. when it is in your intestines it soaks up and absorbs the fat, the cholesterol as well as carbohydrates and flushes it out of your system. fiber helps you feel full longer so you consume less calories. when i think about bloat, sometimes i eat a lot of vegetables and i feel really full and gross. am i eating too much
around 40 that played batman, do you remember who that was, george clooney. yes, do i ever. it nearly killed the series. that particular film in the series was not only one of the worst movies of all-time behind maybe caddyshack ii and jiggly and christian bale brings it back. you never want to be the guy that follows the 52 i and bale was the guy. was it that clooney followed the guy, or was it the script? it was george clooney couldn t carry it. people are forgiving and eventually if i search my mind they gave keaton a break and they gave, you know, 007 a break as well. if that carries the day, we ll be all right. if it carries the day. if your goal is to make $300 million, that s fine. he s got to carry the day for three movies. it s a trilogy. he s 41 years old and i thought they would go younger. superman in the movie, i love that they are combining superman
degrees. it hasn t been that hot ever, at least not in the last 132 years of recorded history. and at this atlanta train station, a man was so exhausted from the heat, he fainted right on to the tracks only to be saved by a good samaritan. felt like a little dizzy spell and my legs got jiggly. reporter: livestock are suffering, too. the worst drought since the 50s have left them little to eat. ranchers are selling off the herds early to soften the blow. it s already a $9 billion disaster. crops are just dying in the fields, on the vines. there s nothing growing. reporter: no rain, no cold fronts, not an inch of relief. at the phoenix zoo, it s expected to be so hot today, the ostriches would normally thrive on desert temperatures will be hosed off again. just like humans, you can definitely tell when an animal is dehydrated, starting to suffer the effects of heat exhaustion. reporter: whether you re a warthog or a workaday joe, this summer is something to sweat.
the century mark. in dallas, it s been 33 straight days, and there s no end in sight. it feels like the worst one so far. i ve been here 15 years. reporter: in little rock, arkansas, the high hit 114 degrees. it hasn t been that hot ever, at least not in the last 132 years of recorded history. and at this atlanta train station, a man was so exhausted from the heat, he fainted right on to the tracks, only to be saved by a good samaritan. felt like a little dizzy spell, and my legs got a little jiggly. reporter: livestock are suffering, too. the worst drought since the 1950s has left them little to eat. ranchers are selling herds off early to soften the blow. it s already a $9 billion disaster. crops are just dying in the fields, on the vines. there s nothing growing. reporter: no rain, no cool fronts, not an inch of relief. at the phoenix zoo, it s expected to be so hot today, the ostriches, who normally thrive on desert temperatures, are going to be hosed off again. just
