The March 12 death of Christopher J. Hill, 26, who was known as CJ, marked the second homicide so far this year in the city. Police said he drove trucks for a living, had no criminal history and was in town for his job. He was in a friend’s car Saturday night March 6, about 11:45 p.m., when he was shot and the vehicle crashed in the 200 block of Division Street.
