Trybal brings millennials together to experience the joy of summer camp all year long, powered by a potent mix of nostalgia and Jewish community spirit, fun and games, and maybe a little bit of alcohol.
10-year-old from Oakland, went to a traditional Jewish summer camp last year and said he was bullied by some campers for being Black.
“There were no kids of color there,” he said, “Some kids kept saying that you can’t be both Black and Jewish.
