Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal broke down before a Mumbai court on Friday and requested the Court not to provide him any medical treatment since he has lost all hope in life and would rather die in prison.
The Bombay High Court dismissed Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal s petition challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case linked to bank loan default. The court deemed the petition inadmissible and suggested pursuing other statutory remedies such as a bail plea.
Naresh Goyal was arrested by the ED on September 1. The central agency filed a charge sheet against him on Tuesday before a special PMLA court in Mumbai.
