President of All India Jet Airways Officers Association, Kiran Pawaskar, told Business Today, “This is the first time in the aviation industry that terminal benefits have been made payable."
The association has asked for payments of gratuity, unpaid wages, privilege leave encashment, and bonus from April 2018 to June 2019, and retrenchment compensation.
All India Jet Airways' Officers and Staff Association on Thursday said it has filed an appeal before the NCLAT against Jalan-Kalrock consortium's resolution plan.
