Wild chase through multiple bay area counties as a shooting suspect avoids several attempts by police to spike the cars tires. It led to an hours long standoff that shut down interstate 80. It shut down the freeway at green valley road, creating a massive backup. The chp says the suspect was wanted for shooting at someone this morning along highway 101, in windsor.
