Chesterfield County Police have arrested a suspect in connection to a homicide that occurred in the 10500 block of Queensway Court. At about 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 14, police were called to an address on Queensway Court to check the welfare of a woman who had not been heard from in several days. After
