Erin Pulse is asking for people s votes in her candidacy for the Havre School Board. She is one of five vying for two three-year terms on the board. The others are incumbent Lorraine Larson and Jacob Ingram, Michele Hold.

Five face off in race for two school board seats: Kennedy-Stiffarm   Jessica Kennedy-Stiffarm Jessica Kennedy-Stiffarm, a local public health nurse, is running for a seat on the Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees for a three-year term. Five candidates are vying for two three-year terms, with the top two vote-getters taking the seats. Kennedy-Stiffarm said she would come to the board with a sense of professionalism at all times regardless of any controversy going on and is passionate about education. I value service and commitment and believe these are attributes that make a difference in improving the quality of education in our community, she said.

Letter to the Editor - Kennedy Stiffarm: I ask for your vote for the school board   Editor, My name is Jessica Kennedy-Stiffarm. I am a candidate for the Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees. I am a mother of three and my children attend school in the district. I am married; my husband’s name is Pete. We both grew up on the Hi-Line and we have lived in Havre for the last 14 years. I am a public health nurse and I will be graduating with my master’s degree in Public Health this summer. I am very passionate about education.

The Havre Education Association hosted a Havre Public School Board candidate forum Thursday in Hensler Auditorium on the Montana State University-Northern campus. The forum was moderated by Chairman of the Havre Public Schools Education Foundation Kyle Leeds. There were nine questions from the HEA and public questions as well as follow-up questions were allowed.
