He was getting out of his police car. Myers is now beieig held at the Black Hawk County jail. The assault happened at the College Square manor on boulder drive behind the College Square hyvee. Kwwls Jessica Hartman investigates the incident. She joins us live in the newsroom with the details. Of evets started with myers eating his way through the College Squaree hyvee in cedar falls. When hyvee managers approached myers he became aggressive and attacked two employees. According to police he then left to his nearby apartment. While police were searching the building for myers he attempted to break into a locked cop car. Thats when officer nick puls spotted myers. The assault lasted about 10 seconds. He took officer puls to the ground and was striking him in the head when the other officer tased him and got him off. Myers is a resident at the complex. Person who keeps to himself.
