Clearfield streets when Police Officers tried to pull over the suv that was reported stolen, the driver quickly pulled away and as it was fleeing police it rammed a Police Officers car and then started flying flew the streets of port richmond. Police opened fire on the suv. But it continued driving. Now, police initially started the pursuit but then backed off moments later.
