So it looks like the fog is winding around throughout the Golden Gate Bridge but its actually leaving the bay bridge alone at this hour. We are going to see patchy fog throughout the morning. Reporter as people did he sended on police descended on the starbucks then a second shooting took place at 10 a. M. Officers in Tactical Gear are still coping the neighborhood near mclean and baywood. Officers just off the phone said that second victim in that neighborhood appears to be a man who didnt even know the shooter but that shooter appears to be the same one involved in the starbucks incident. We talked to a neighbor who says this neighbor pulled up to the driveway and collapsed yelling to his wife that he had been shot. We went into survival mode. She immediately ran inside. I began to administer first aid and she went inside and got some Household Items to prevent any of loss of blood with saran wrap over the wound. Are seeing out there this morning is fog. Its hazy. Visibility will be a problem. Look at the view of coit tower. Yet again that fog is lingering around the bay and its working its way all around. It was clear earlier and now you can see this glow coming out of the tower there with the fog that is hanging low. So low clouds are out there. Showers in the north bay. Patchy fog in the morning hours. Widespread rain by lunchtime today. Satelliteradar with cloud coverage. There is mist so you may see it on your windows this morning but the raindrops are not going to get here just yet places like san jose dropping down to a half mile. The airport most likely will be impact this morning by fog. And petaluma 1. 5mile visibility there. Same with napa and santa rosa. The east bay, south bay, everyone is going to get fog. May want to check your flights and delays hayward visibility down to 2. 5 oakland its improved a little bit over the past 30 minutes or so. And then across the north bay, santa rosa, petaluma, down to twomile visibility but they are used to seeing visibility down to a third at this hour. It will be tough to drive out there. Well have fog to deal with. Wet weather to deal with. In the Morning Hours the fog is the issue with some visibility down to a quarter mile or less from merced to bakersfield. Well have the tile coming up. The fog creating problems for drivers through the north bay. This is an earlier crash that had all lanes blocked southbound 101 as you approach rodeo avenue. The area of pink shows that its just cold enough in places like Mount Hamilton where the rain is turning to that slush. So take a look this morning at daylight. You may see a light dusting of snow. Heres where we are seeing some snowfall still on the nevada side of the mountains and then its now moving south. But we saw plenty of snowfall overnight also still high winds up there at the ski resorts and a winter storm warning ends at 4 p. M. But for downtown San Francisco, no fog in sight.
