The demand for workers is rising busy tourist season gets closer. Instead of branching out to find housing for their workers, the Bonita Bay Club wants to look inward, working with the city to get the building zoned for employee housing.
The Bonita Springs City Council is unhappy with its current partnership with the Wonder Gardens. It will be holding a workshop with the zoo on November 1 to address grievances, inlcuding lack of rent payments to the city.
