When COVID-19 ground the world to a halt back in March, musicians had to find a new way to get to their audience. Many have taken to virtual performances, including a big name from decades ago: Jesse Colin Young!
You may remember Young as founder of the 1960s group The Youngbloods, who had a major hit in 1967 with Get Together, a classic 60s peace anthem that Young calls a beauty. But more than 50 years later, Jesse Colin Young has re-invented himself with his 22nd solo album called Highway Troubadour.
