Police say the woman had just been tortured for 30 minutes at this garage on the 700 block of chestnut. They kept telling her this, darks is the day youre going to die. Investigators say she was going toward her car in the basement when three men Wearing Masks jumped out pulled her inside and took her to the top of the building where she was brutally beaten, even tased more than seven times.
