After much debate and public outcry its been announced that the frank rizzo statue is moving from the place it has stood for more than three decades. And now to the citys decision to relocate that statue from its current spot in front of the Municipal Services building. For some philadelphians the statue of the mayor represents a mayor of division and discrimination and those beliefs led to many protests demanding the statue be removed.
