Justin Lyaire Davis of Norristown, who was 16 at the time he allegedly participated, and Katherine Lynn Emel, 29, of Plymouth Township are accused with three others of roles in the robbery of William Carter, who was fatally shot during the encounter. They entered not guilty pleas to homicide-related charges during their initial court appearances.
