yesterday. you can see water gushing at the scene. mandatory water restrictions are back in place but only for the town of rockville. this is the second water main problem in potomac this week but this time wssc customers are not effected. crews from the city of rockville department of public works are handling it. right now we have the replacement pipe and collars on- site so the next step is to put them back in place. we have to make sure the line is chlorinated and free of bacteria and the bacteria test will take several hours. so we anticipate water restrictions being in place for at least another 24 hours or so. this latest break is not part of the line that had problems last week. it will be a while before residents in our area get relief from the heat. crews are fast at work to get power restored. audrey barns joins us live from northwest d.c. with more on this developing story. audrey. reporter: good morning, once again. pepco said a primary cable and feeder
