We have seven point 3 million unfilled jobs, that is larger than the higher population of indiana. We have about 6 million unemployed, but if we put every unemployed american in a job we have one million jobs that we still are not able to fail. That is a good situation and it has allowed workers to pick up their wages, because if you get competition and employers need to hire people you will pay them more and you are seeing that with target, walmart, and i a lot of the retailers in the country.
