Mike mibach is there and joins us live to explain why they are outraged. Good afternoon. Reporter good afternoon. 200 plus students you can say are starting to march in the downtown santa rosa area. They started to march a couple of minutes ago. For the past hour or so theyve rallied outside of Santa Rosa City hall. The focus as they says is justice for andy. Its kind of sad that one of our students died for, like, nothing. It was just a mistake. They shouldnt have done that. Were feeling all sad, mad, angry. Our emotions are mixed right now. He was a good friend. He didnt he was nice to everybody, always smiling. Reporter they are talking about andy, andy lopez, the 13yearold shot and killed by a Snohomish County sheriffs deputy tuesday. Police say he had an air soft toy rifle, that caught the attention of the deputy that shot him seven times
