Members of the El Dorado Historic District Commission had planned Thursday to watch a video of a presenter from a recent Preserve Arkansas s Dollars & Sense of Historic Preservation workshop.
State historic preservation officials have advised the El Dorado Historic District Commission to continue efforts to form a committee to advance a historic preservation project to develop an African American context for El Dorado the next project to be implemented as part of the city s historic preservation program.
