A wrongway driver colliding with a car full of people just after midnight. They believe a single driver was going south in the northbound lane before hitting the car with four people inside. All five people died in the wreck. We are told they were young adults from massachusetts. A wrong way operator. The vehicle struck the northbound vehicle headon. The crash impact caused the northbound vehicle to become engulfed in fire. There is no indication that time allowed for evasive action by the northbound Motor Vehicle operator. To avoid the vehicle traveling the wrong way. Reporter investigators are still searching for reasons as to why this person got on the high tway wrong way. They are also still trying to reach the families of those involved. I like to express our condolences and sadness to the families of the five young last night.
