An endowed scholarship to support undergraduate nursing students at Saint Martin’s University was recently created to honor the memory and service of Rose Crumb, school officials announced on June 1.
Saint Martin’s University will have three celebrity chefs host the 2023 Saint Martin’s Gala: Tom Douglas, Thierry Rautureau, and Dario Cecchini. The Saint Martin’s Gala is the University’s annual major fundraiser for student scholarships, which raised more than $3 million in 2022.

DE PERE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – In a normal year, Spring Break is one of the most popular times to travel.
But for students at St. Norbert College, traveling may be out of the question.
The university eliminated breaks, like Spring Break, for the 2020-2021 school year.
“It was projected that COVID would most likely still be spreading across the country and within our communities across Wisconsin so for the health and safety of our campus community, I think it was a very prudent decision,” St. Norbert health services director Chrystal Woller said.
Eliminating breaks allowed for the fall semester to end earlier, and the spring semester to start later.
