LIFT, the faculty development component of the Transformational Change Initiative (TCI), is welcoming applicants for the fourth cohort of our system-wide program. All WSU faculty from all locations are encouraged to apply. The application deadline is Tuesday, January 12, 2021.
LIFT is a component of the Transformational Change Initiative, a five-year grant (2016-2021) with goals to support students’ academic success, increase life skills and resilience, and transform their experience at WSU. The LIFT Faculty Fellows Program is designed to support instructors in using teaching methods and modules that have been shown to improve students’ engagement, connection, and learning; decrease course withdrawal and fail rates; and increase retention.
