Thats when he was taken into police custody. The victim is in critical condition. The victim was likely on her daily trip to the nearby Dunkin Donuts that opens at 4 00 a. M. They spotted her with the suspect. 32yearold devon harley at the intersection in his car. The deputies tried to get him to cooperate but he hit the gas and one of them. Police say after hallway hit the deputy he took off to the 900 block of johnson street and sure enough thats where they would find his white pontiac grand me after the impact the side view mirror fell off.
