alisyn:y back with judge jenin pirro, we are talking about the casey anthony trial. you ve been in the courtroom. here s what i ve had some legal analysts say, they believe she will be acquitted for a couple of reasons, no witness to the crime, number one, number tworbg the little girl was body was found so many months after she was killed that valuable forensic evidence that linked casey to it was lost. as it relates to the evidence and the fact that there were only skeletal remains, no tissue analysis, whether she drowned or intentionally murdered, the only thing i can tell you is this, we ve tried as prosecutors murder cases where there was no body. the truth is, this was a two-year-old, ten month baby whorbgs clearly was a victim of a homicide.
