Reporter 145mile an hour winds, and its just minutes away or a few hours away from making land fall in haiti, and the latest forecast, even though and cuba, not enough to bring it down through category 4. Unfortunately it makes the westerly track towards the east coast of florida, and this is friday morning. Still a category 3 hurricane with places like polk and Highlands County in the cone of uncertainty before the system heads up north to the carolinas as a category 2 storm this weekend.
