Actions on victims families. A surprise on wall street as the Federal Reserve stunned just about every by leaving its Stimulus Program as is, stocks as you can see here rallying on the news. The dow slightly down before the announcement took off, and it is flirting with an alltime high. Patricia, what it always means. You can quantify ready, ready, readynot yet. Now this program is meant to support the economy by keeping Interest Rates low but apparen apparently the feds does not feel the economy is ready to stand on its own yet. A key concern, unemployment. While the Unemployment Rate has improved slightly over the past year a lot of people are dropping out of the workforce. Not all labor market developments are positive. The labor force rate fell, and real wages remained flat. And bernanke cited other concerns such as fiscal tightening and rising Mortgage Rates. Rates has jumped a full percentage point since may. Thats largely in response to bernanke saying in june that the feds will
Last question. The three roles of u. S. Cybercom, one is specifically to look after the security of dod networks, the other two being to support commanders and the third which is in some ways the most difficult and challenging is to defend the nation and how that engages. So cybercom has that responsibility, i think, the challenge if it were to arise would be a lot of the intelligence that Cyber Command needs to do its work comes from the nsa side, and splitting the two out would be highly inefficient. That inefficiency may be worthwhile in the long run, but in the short term i think the judgment is the benefits are not, do not justify that inefficiency. General sort of wrapup comment, i think what has not been commented on too much, but is also worth getting on the record is, one, the interesting aspect of this speech is president obama directly confronting the National Aspects of this which havent been part of the administrations presentation to date. So when you have a dni sitting i
It in the bathtub. Its not a question of size, its a question of ones intent. I think if you look at the history of government, of statism. Monopolies like at t didnt exist until the government gave them a government monopoly. Monopolies are created and forced by the state. I think we probably worked on some of these issues together, the regulation of trucking, which kept prices high. The regulation of railways, which is designed to keep trucking prices high. The regulation of buses to keep prices high. And airlines as well as rail buses. All of these issues, the government came in and set prices on floors. They like to pretend theyre coming in to keep prices lower, helping consumers. If you look at the larger governments, they dont necessarily do a better job at these things. I think the market i think consumers working voluntarily without violence, without the threat of force, 300 million americans deciding how they want to approach things. Consumers demand increased safety and produ

Very charismatic africanamerican was up. What would have happened and how would those statistics have been skewed if we have which we might have in the next president ial election a white candidate . Thats the 64,000 question in a lot of ways. Its really going to be you will see how that will play itself out. I was thinking about doing a gathering about after the black president and starting to have that conversation, what is that going to look like. That was very helpful and should not be minimized. Yet lost under the understanding of what the Obama Campaign expiring africanamerican candidate. You had a lot of technology and cutting edge tools. At the end of the day, they had thousands of paid staff people doing the really methodical drudge work of going door to door, identifying people, turning them out. Theres that. The other is that theres a challenge around what is the policy agenda. Are we articulating a policy agenda which will speak to people who dont vote. Many of the people o
