One of the first projects i undertook was to implement paramedic Level Services its the highest level of service we can delive in the field its the first time in the history of the Reno Fire Department weve been able to deliver that level of service. Up to this point the Reno Fire Department had provided advanced emt Level Services which is great and requires about 250 hours of education and training. The difference with paramedical Level Service is that paramedics bring in an additional 1500 hours of training and experience to the field. Often the Fire Department is first on scene. And having advanced Life Support Services on board can make a big difference in the field.
