We are hearing that at least two officers have been put on paid administrative leave. Apparently they receive testifie the grand jury and said they did not see anything on the day the incident occurred. However the body camera told a completely different story. On the video one of the officers could be heard telling a Cincinnati Police officer that he saw ray tensing get dragged. Both of those officers are on administrative leave as the Police Department investigates these allegations.
