Modernizing our Transportation System to meet the future needs of the bay area is a strong caltrain and that includes electrification, it includes highspeed rail and of course it includes extending caltrain and highspeed rail to the transbay terminal. And, so, were going to hear an update today and well, colleagues, if there are no introductory remarks, well hear from john ram, director of planning. Thank you, supervisors. I just want to start by doing something that we do a lot lately, which is to talk about why its important to do this. Thes
