Firefighters arrived at the 700 block of maryland avenue northeast at about 5 00 in the morning. They found the flames had already begun to consume the capitol hill rowhouse from within. Found a rowhome with fire in the basement and first and second floor and through the roof. Reporter there was three people in the house. One in the bext and two on the first floor, the moef seriously in inhalation injuries. Two transported in critical condition. One was in minor condition.
