Food: The 10-hour diet

Antioxidant English breakfast Want to feel younger, lose weight, support your heart health and reduce your risks of developing type 2 diabetes – all without changing what you eat? Of course you do. We all do. While it sounds like an impossible dream, it’s not. The key is changing when you eat. You might have heard about fasting diets before – also known as intermittent fasting, or time-restricted eating – but I have developed a version, which I’ve used with hundreds of clients in my nutritional practice on Harley Street, that I think is the easiest of the lot. You simply eat your existing diet within only ten hours of the day. This enables your body to have a long overnight fast of 14 hours, most of which you’ll be sleeping through anyway. These 14 hours without food are when your body turns its attention to burning fat and remodelling almost every organ to help you stay young and healthy for longer.
