Recycled Christmas tree contest winners rewarded | 22 December 2020 To celebrate the Christmas season and to encourage people to lead a more sustainable life, the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Climate Change launched a ‘Recyclable Christmas tree’ competition back in November. After a gruelling month of fierce competition by schools and homes, the department rewarded the best of the best yesterday in a special ceremony. The prize-giving ceremony took place at the offices of the headquarters of the ministry located at the Botanical Garden.
