Bexar County deputies have arrested a second person in connection with a fatal shooting of two people, including a 14-year-old male.
James Alexander Miller, 18, was arrested Thursday and charged with capital murder in the death of Bobby Lee Carter Jr., 14, and Robert Smith, 20. Jaylen Dears, 17, was arrested Dec. 25 and is also accused of the slaying and is facing the same charge. Their respective bail amounts were both set at $500,000.
Deputies talked to witnesses, searched cell phones found at the scene and reviewed surveillance footage of the shooting before making an arrest on Christmas Eve.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office and Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help in finding a man wanted in connection with the shooting deaths of a man and a juvenile on the county’s Northeast Side.
Deputies arrested the first suspect, Jaylen Dears, Thursday on suspicion of capital murder. Now, deputies are looking for James Alexander Miller, 18, who is wanted on the same charge.
