3 Sioux City Police have arrested three people in connection with a series of burglaries in town. 19 year old Wiley Spencer and 18 year olds Kelly Kuester and Marcos Guthridge were arrested yesterday afternoon after a search of the car they were in turned up meth and thousands of dollars worth of stolen items. Theyre facing charges of 2nd degree theft, possession of burglary tools and possession of drugs.
