The Ocean City Community Services Department will take over operation of the Howard S. Stainton Senior Center next year from the Cape May County Division of Aging and Disability Services, the county said Tuesday.

Bill Campbell has been confirmed as Ocean City’s new police chief. He said residents and officers should not expect big changes in the department, but he does have some new ideas in mind. In the coming years, a planned new police substation and renovations to the existing building will be in focus.
