Bali cop arrested for trafficking drugs

He has been discharged from his duties before being dismissed from the police service, Badung police chief, Adjunct Sen.Coms.Roby Septiadi, said.
He said the officer was arrested in Denpasar on May 8, 2021 for drug dealing, but did not divulge his identity.
The Denpasar police s anti-drug squad seized 84 grams of crystal methamphetamine from the suspect at the time of arrest, he added.

The officer has been identified as 1st Adjunct Inspector ES, 43, the BNN-Bengkulu Office head, Brig.Gen.Toga Habinsar Panjaitan, informed here on Tuesday.
The agency’s officers recently conducted a raid and arrested ES for allegedly trafficking crystal methamphetamine and marijuana in Mukomuko district, Bengkulu province, for years, he said.
The agency s investigators will continue their probe into the drug case, he added.
