Bylaw officers have charged the owner of two dogs, one of which allegedly inflicted life-threatening injuries on a 12-year-old boy earlier this month and another that allegedly killed a neighbour's dog in December.
Bob Bell has been "Santa Bob" almost his whole life. He worked on the Essex Steam Train and helped develop the North Pole Express. As his health began to deteriorate this past year, his only wish this Christmas was to be Santa again.
