Outside though down the shore, this is our scene in ocean city, live, looking outside, at a few folks that are out there on the beach, this morning, they are even joying the sand, even though it is a cool start down the shore, temperatures in the mid to upper 40s at the shore points water temperature still in the high 60s to around 70degree.
