Looks like some flooding there on their highway. Its been more than 24 hours since Hurricane Harvey made landfall in the Lone Star State. Even though its been downgrade to do Tropical Storm, the heavy rains are expected to fall for several days now as people try to keep damage minimum. We have Team Coverage this morning. When we talk about when were saying a downgrade to Tropical Storm, it doesnt mean this storm is going to have less of an impact it means the winds died down bringing it to Tropical Storm category. Those winds at 45 miles an hour. But what that really does mean, though, is that the flooding is still going to be a threat
